Perdomo and its affiliates have performed over 15 million sq ft of building demolition annually with a total of well over 100 million sqft of building demolition performed in its 17 year history.

Perdomo has managed and deployed a workforce of well over 800 skilled workers nationally at any given time depending on need. We maintain a large fleet of equipment including robotics, excavators, and skidsteers which enables Perdomo to execute its contracts without depending on rental companies, and outside vendors. This allows us to reduce cost, and keep on target with our timelines.

Sr. Management has completed over $1.7 billion in high profile technical demolition projects such as high rise demolition exceeding 33 stories on a single project including an average of 5 million sqft of buildings demolished annually.
